Bishop Kenneth White, President

Bishop Kenneth White serves as the Northern District President and a Member of the General Board of Bishops. A true servant leader, Bishop White has devoted more than four decades to serving the body of Christ and his community with passion, conviction, and faithfulness. His ministry centers on preaching, teaching, and bridging generations to ensure the continued growth and unity of the church. Guided by his life’s verse, Galatians 6:9 — “And let us not be weary in well doing, for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.” Bishop White continues to inspire others through his steadfast commitment to the work of the Lord. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Delaware State University, a Bachelor of Arts in Theology and a Master of Theology from United Christian College (Wilmington Extension), and a Master of Counseling from American University. Since his ordination in 1983 and consecration as Bishop in 2002, he has faithfully pastored several congregations, including Linconia Tabernacle Christian Center in Trevose, PA (38 years), Bethel United Holy Church in Buffalo, NY (17 years, Supply Pastor), and Antioch Tabernacle United Holy Church in Harrisburg, PA (6 years, Supply Pastor). Currently, Bishop White oversees 52 churches within the Northern District and serves on the General Counsel of Bishops and the General Board of Bishops. He is joyfully married to Margarita L. White, and together they have three children Kenneth Jason, Latisha Marie, and Ashley Nicole. His favorite scripture, Psalm 27:13–14, continues to be a source of encouragement: “I had fainted, unless I had believed to see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living. Bishop Wayne N. Bullock,

Vice President

Bishop Wayne N. Bullock is an anointed preacher, teacher, entrepreneur, songwriter, and playwright who serves as the Senior Pastor of Guiding Star United Holy Church, where he has faithfully led for more than fifteen years. A dynamic leader with a heart for people, Bishop Bullock holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Criminal Justice and Sociology from Kean University, a Master of Divinity from Northwestern Theological Seminary, and a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership. In addition to his ministry, he serves professionally as a School Administrator in the Union County School System. Within the United Holy Church of America, Bishop Bullock has served as North New Jersey Sub-District President, South New Jersey District Elder, and currently as Vice President of the Northern District, where he continues to lead with vision and compassion. Beyond the pulpit, Bishop Bullock is also a gifted playwright and creative visionary. His gospel stage plays — “You’re Not the Only One,” “Yet Will I Trust Him,” “The HOUR,” and “Anything but Goodbye” (a musical promoting teen suicide prevention) — have inspired audiences across the East Coast. Over the years, he has collaborated with prominent gospel artists such as Tonéx, Tye Tribbett, Marvin Sapp, and Israel Houghton, further extending his ministry through music and the arts. For twenty years, Bishop Bullock has been joyfully married to Kendra Bullock, and together they are blessed with three children: Kayla, Kaitlyn, and Wayne Jr. A firm believer in the divine order of God, Family, Church, and Ministry, Bishop Bullock’s unwavering faith and dedication to inspiring others continue to touch hearts and transform lives.

Bishop Anthony Gilmore,

2nd Vice President

Bishop Anthony Gilmore is a humble yet bold, practical yet spiritual, peaceful yet powerful servant of God. His life is marked by anointing, prayerful perseverance, rigorous study, scholarly excellence, consistency, and the undeniable favor of God. The goal of his ministry is to uphold the high standards of Pentecostalism and Holiness while moving beyond the confines of legalism and man-made tradition. With a heart for the lost and the disenfranchised especially youth he presents the living Christ with a message of redemption, restoration, and reconciliation. Through anointed preaching filled with urgency, wisdom, humor, and relatable parables, he reaches the lost, mentors the found, and guides to greatness those whom others have overlooked or abandoned. Elder Gilmore dedicated his life to Christ in the mid-1970s, and by 1985 he was ministering through the Jesus Outreach Deliverance Ministry, sharing the gospel across the United States and reaching incarcerated and marginalized communities. In 1994, after years of faithful service, he was elected Pastor of Holy Temple United Holy Church of America in Newburgh, New York. He currently serves as Superintendent of the Northern District Bible Church Schools (UHCA), overseeing the development of Sunday Schools in 95 churches, and as Pastor of St. Rose Pentecostal Church (United Holy Church of America) in Washington, D.C., since August 2005. Bishop Gilmore is a distinguished scholar who earned his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Theology from United Christian College, a Bachelor’s in Business from Nyack College, a Master’s in Elementary and Special Education, and a postgraduate degree in Literacy and Reading Cognition from Hofstra University. He also completed the Principal’s Institute program at Bank Street College, earning a Master’s in Administration and Supervision. In addition to his pastoral work, he serves as an educator in Prince George’s County Public Schools, combining academic excellence with spiritual leadership. Bishop Gilmore has shared 27 years of marriage and ministry with his devoted wife, Elder Gail Gilmore, and together they have one son, Angel. He often declares, “The only solution to life’s problems is a life surrendered and submitted to the Lord Jesus Christ.”
