Lady Cynthia Jackson is a resident of New York, born and reared. Cynthia is the daughter of the late Elder William E. Johnson and Bernice Johnson. Cynthia was blessed to sit under the spiritual nurturing of Bishop James A. Forbes, Sr. (New Covenant Temple UHC) and Elder Lee H. Jackson (Mt. Calvary UHC). She accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior at an early age and became active in her local church and the district.

Cynthia matriculated through the public school system in New York and Kingston Pennsylvania, attended Gettysburg College, Gettysburg PA, and the United Christian Institute. She was blessed to retire from Bank of New York Mellon in June 2019 after 37 years of employment.

Lady Cynthia Jackson serves the Woman’s Ministry at her local church. Lady Jackson has served in various areas of the ministry. She serves as ENY sub-district representative to the ND Convocation Women’s Ministry. She has served the youth department of the United Holy Church as YPHA President in the Eastern New York Subdistrict and YPHA Vice President of the Northern District Convocation. She is currently serving as Northern District Convocation Treasurer.

Cynthia is the wife of Elder Rodney L. Jackson who serves as the pastor of Mt. Calvary UHC- Brooklyn, NY. They have been married 42 years, and are the parents of five children, and have seven grandchildren.
