Deacon Starlord Pickett is a member of Linconia Tabernacle Christian Center (LTCC) in Trevose, Pa. After graduating from high school Deacon Pickett joined the US Army and served in the Gulf War (DESERT SHIELD/DESERT STORM). After serving his country he returned home and started serving in his home church. He worked for Pennsylvania Department of Corrections for 23 years before retiring in 2019.

In 2001 he joined LTCC Ushers Ministry and was appointed as president in 2007 by his pastor, Bishop Kenneth White. In 2008, he was elected Vice President of the Eastern Pennsylvania Subdistrict Ushers Department. After a year of serving in that position the District Elders appointed him as President. In 2016, he was elected as President of the Northern District Ushers. He has been married to Tamara Pickett for nearly 30 years.
