Dr. Gail Gilmore is a native of Brooklyn, New York. She is married to Bishop Anthony Gilmore. She is the Elect Lady of the Kingdom of Faith UHCA, Washington, DC. In the United Holy Church of America, she serves as the Chairperson of the Northern District Education Department and Christian Education Director of the General Education Department.

Dr. Gail Gilmore has earned a doctorate in Education from Wilmington University, Delaware. She received a full scholarship from the New York City Board of Education to attend the Principal’s Institute at Bank Street College where she participated in a program for outstanding teachers who showed great gains with their students. She received her master’s degree in supervision and administration from Bank Street College. Graduating from Hofstra University, Long Island, NY, she earned a second master’s degree in elementary education and special education, continued her postgraduate studies and earned a professional diploma in reading, language, and cognition. She also earned a bachelor’s degree in business. She is fully certified and licensed. She previously served as principal, assistant principal, and teacher for the New York City Board of Education. She also had her biblical training from Northeastern Theological Seminary, United Christian College, and the E.T.T.A. program. Her training and experience have influenced students and teachers, while demonstrating to them that being Christ-like is a walk and not just talk.
