Elder McLaughlin is a member of First Pentecostal Holy Church under the pastorate and leadership of Elder Vernadine Ellis and the late Bishop Samuel W. Ellis. Elder McLaughlin served in her local church for over 15 years as president of the missions’ ministry. She served 8 years as president of missions in her sub-district. She has served 2 terms as President of the Missionary Department of the Northern District Convocation and is currently serving in the position.

She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Liberal Arts from Penn State University and her Master of Science Degree from Rosemont College. She attended New Life Bible Institute Missionary Training School and graduated with honors in 2003.

Elder McLauglin believes the Lord has prepared and equipped her for service to help. Her passion is to serve and reach out to the lost for Christ.
