Minister Shelly Harper accepted Jesus Christ as her Personal Savior 36 years ago. She has served in several capacities in the Church. Ministries include teacher of Children’s Church, altar worker, Sunday School teacher, and President of the Women of Destiny Ministry. Minister Harper preaches the Word of God in her local church ministry, as well as in other church ministries. She is married to Pastor Darnell Harper and has four children and one grandson.

Minister Harper’s favorite scripture is Philippians 4:13, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”

Minister Harper holds a bachelor’s degree (BA) in Business Administration and a master’s degree (MA) in Educational Leadership. Minister Harper’s work experience includes teacher, school principal and currently holds the position of the Executive Director of Special Education and Behavioral Interventions.
